I have been using Leesa’s magic hands since 2000. I am a former national champion kickboxer and for my last kickboxing match in 2000 I had Leesa’s sports massage. My only regret is that I did not call her sooner. My muscles were so loose and relaxed. I felt very fast and my range of motion was great for that fight. (I won against a much larger opponent) I have been a customer ever since.

Leesa is absolutely incredible. She is experienced and knowledgable, both with ROLFing and general massage. I have seen her for sport specific injuries and imbalances as well as general massage therapy and always walk away feeling more mobile, relaxed and balanced. I call her “magic hands” for good reason! I highly recommend visiting her for anyone experiencing muscular, joint or mobility pain/issues, both athletes and non-athletes alike.

I have been a Rolfing client since 1980. During that time I have undergone Rolfing or Structural Integration on a fairly regular basis, and have been Rolfed by a number of Rolfers in different parts of the United States. I have an extensive background in anatomy and physiology and martial arts all of which has given me an additional appreciation of the ability of Rolfing to positively affect the anatomy and function of the human body. I’ve been a client of Leesa Gray for the last several years on a very regular basis. Because of her innate capabilities and her extensive background in Rolfing, massage, and yoga she is extremely good at both the analysis of structural imbalances and the utilization of the Rolf Method technique to normalize both structure and function. I would rate her at the highest level and would recommend her without reservation to anyone who is interested in Rolfing.

Awesome and amazing person/therapist. I’ve been seeing various doctors for years and they can’t compare to her healing methods. She has a very unique ability and has had a tremendous impact on my health. I’d highly recommend her to anyone serious about getting better.

EXCELLENT practitioner who takes her time to assess what your complaints are and compare it to what she observes in your body. Fantastic and well worth every visit!!

After 2 hip surgeries along with many smaller injuries from 2014-2016, I was in a state of constant pain and my mobility was very limited. Seeing Leesa frequently over the last 9 months and going through a full 10 series of Rolfing sessions along with other sessions dedicated to issues at the moment, I’m able to say that my pain level is relatively zero and I’m back in the gym doing what I love. I would recommend her to anyone!

Decades ago, I heard of the amazing work Ida Rolf was doing with children who had cerebral palsy. She was straightening their joints with a manual technique known as structural integration; no surgery, no serial casting, no braces. Some time in the early 80s, I overheard some athletes talk about using structural integration to improve their sports performance.

After the effects of an auto accident, some sports injuries, and gravity began to take a toll on my posture, I began to wonder whether Rolfing could benefit my superannuated body. Shortly after that, I met Leesa Gray. During an hour or so conversation with Leesa, she was able to persuade me she may be able to help. I am in innate skeptic and have many years of education, including a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, so I was a hard sell. Eventually, I had to see for myself what she could do.

I had heard stories of things that could happen under the stress of Rolfing/Structural Integration, but Leesa was a Rolf-trained practitioner with years of experience. When she began to work on my most problematic areas, there was some discomfort, but it didn’t last long. I did the exercises Leesa recommended and adopted her attitude of mindfulness. I noticed changes after the forth treatment session. Later as she began integrating the sessions, I noticed I could stand straighter with less pain, and perhaps my athletic performance had improved; although I have no controlled trials for proof, merely some subjective observations. By the end of the treatments not only did the before and after photos show improvement, but neck pain I had suffered with for years had decreased by about 90% and a shoulder injured in a fall when I was 13 and a bike wreck when I was 60 no longer bothered me.

I wouldn’t recommend Rolfing/structural integration for everyone, but I would recommend that anyone who is interested in the process, discuss it with Leesa. She is professional, knowledgable, and tremendously talented.
