Pranakriya Yoga is one of the most solidly grounded, transformational and logically structured trainings in the country. Our instructors at Indigo Hands have a love for yoga born out of practice and experience. Our goal in our classes are to skillfully encourage personal reflection regarding physical, mental, and emotional aspects inherent in each pose, pranayama, and meditation, helping students recognize that what can be discovered on the yoga mat can be used in everyday living. Establishing proper alignment and structural integrity inside the body and out.

Meditation to increase our awareness and relaxation into more mindful and present moment authenticity. We offer meditations on stillness for decompression of the constant thinking mind or movement meditations to awaken consciousness into our daily lives.
