Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
Appointments by reservation only. On location classes, workshops, and all group experiences require 30 day advanced reservation, approved application, and deposit. Workshop sizes are limited. Reservations will be accepted in date order via email, text, or phone. Some workshops require a minimum level of experience or the completion of certain certifications. Please be able to provide proof of certifications and/or be available for an orientation/consult phone call prior to your group experience, class, or workshop. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration and deposit. All group experiences, classes, and workshops will be confirmed once minimum numbers are reached.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
24HR Cancellation Policy for all appointments: Full Session fee (up to $130) for each appointment reserved will be due if client(s) cancels or reschedules after 6pm the previous business day of scheduled appointment(s) date. Emergency situations have no fee. Examples include client and those dependents of client: immediate injury or illness/fever the same day of appointment, MVA, ER/ED, death in family, crimes directly involving, or hazardous accidents. If the client does not call and does not arrive for the scheduled appointment, future appointments will require prepayment to secure a reservation. If the client cancels within 24hrs more than 3 times in a 12 month period of time client may be refused service. If the client is more than 20 minutes late with no notice or communication, the client will have forfeited their appointment time and payment will be due.
Clients are permitted to transfer reserved appointments to a friend or family member with pre-approval from the practitioner. This generally works if the friend or family member can complete a phone consult and forms online to expedite the intake process.
Cancellation Policy applies to all packages, gift certificates, models/demos, and reserved appointment times.
Rolf Method SI models/demos must complete the Rolf Method 10 series during the same 16 week term or the Advanced 3 or 5 series during the same 6 week term that has been selected and initiated to receive discount pricing. If a model/demo fails give notice or cancels with proper notice more than 3 times, they forfeit deposit and further enrollment in the program for the term and may complete the series at regular price.
Cancellation policy for group experiences, classes, or workshops:
Cancellation up to four weeks prior to start date – less 25% + admin fee + lodging facility policy
Cancellation up to 3 weeks prior to start date – less 40%
Cancellation up to two weeks prior to start date – less 50%
No refund will be given for cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to start date
Full refund of course fees ONLY if we, for any reason, cancel a group experience, class, or workshop.
CHECK-IN:
Confirmation and check-in for in-office appointments are not required.
24hour confirmation and 15minute prior check-in is required for all in-office classes, demos, or group workshops.
48 hour Confirmation and 12 hour check-in for group experiences, classes, and workshops on location are required. Your event co-ordinator and group leader will request confirmation of travel itinerary via email 48hours prior and all check-ins on location are in person 12 hours prior to start day/time.
FACILITIES:
Aiken, SC location: Individual office visits access designated treatment, movement, yoga, and education rooms. We also have a beverage counter, gardens, leisure area, and handicapped accessible restrooms. Groups for in-office workshops and classes have kitchen access.
Facilities for all on location courses and activities will be sent via email. For group experiences that include lodging all details will be in the email info packet.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
All reservations require completed intake form, acknowledgment & consent form, and signed cancellation policy agreement. All Medical concerns/conditions must be disclosed in the intake form and discussed during consultation.
